摘 要:为提高碳钢Q235的抗高温氧化和腐蚀性能,用有机硅溶液和片状铝粉在碳钢Q235表面制备了防腐涂层,通过XRD仪和SEM仪等对涂层的耐高温氧化和耐海水腐蚀能力进行了研究.结果表明,所制备的涂层在500℃空气中加热8h后室温冷却不开裂,没有出现氧化增重现象,涂层仅有少量铝被氧化成氧化铝,金属硅没有被氧化;涂层在模拟海水中室温浸泡34天不腐蚀,在80℃模拟海水中浸泡6h不腐蚀.所制备的涂层具有较好的抗高温氧化和抗海水腐蚀能力.In order to improve the high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance of carbon steel Q235,an anti-corrosion coating was prepared on the surface of carbon steel Q235with silicone solution and flake aluminum powder.The high temperature oxidation resistance and seawater corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that the prepared coating is heated at500℃for8h and then cooled at room temperature without cracking.There is no oxidation weight gain.Only a small amount of aluminum is oxidized to alumina,and the metal silicon is not oxidized.The simulated water3.5w t%NaCl solution was soaked at room temperature for34days without corrosion.The coating was immersed in3.5wt%NaCl solution at80℃for6h without corrosion.The prepared coating has good resistance to high temperature oxidation and seawater corrosion resistance.
