江西融入长江经济带发展的对策研究

摘　　要：长江经济带建设是江西省赶超长江中下流域其他地区、有机整合和融入区域经济共同体的重要机遇。同时,拥有丰富绿色生态资源的江西也是长江经济带实现环境友好和资源可持续发展的重要组成部分。在积极融入长江经济带发展的过程中,江西省面临着产业发展活力不够、综合立体交通资源负荷量偏低等问题,但江西省也具备一些优势:生态文明建设力度强劲、城镇化水平提升显著、区域互动合作较为紧密。江西在长江经济带中既有赶超机遇,也存在掉队风险。为推动江西进一步融入长江经济带,本文提出以下对策建议:加快环鄱阳湖城市群的城镇化建设及发展、加大承接东部沿海产业转移力度、加强长江中游城市群互动合作、提高交通资源使用效率。On the one hand,the construction of Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important opportunity for Jiangxi province to catch up with other provinces in the middle and lower Yangtze River basins,and integrate into the regional economic community efficiently.On the other hand,Jiangxi,which is rich in green ecological resources,is also an important part of realizing environmental friendliness and sustainable development of resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Jiangxi province faces some problems in promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,that is,the vitality of industrial development is not enough and the load of comprehensive transportation resources is at a relatively low level.However,it also has some advantages:the building strength of ecological civilization is strong,the urbanization level increases significantly,and the interactive cooperation among regions becomes more closely.Jiangxi has the opportunity to catch up with the Yangtze River Economic Belt and also has the risk of falling behind.In order to promote the further integration of Jiangxi into the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions of accelerating the development of the city clusters around Poyang Lake,intensifying the industrial transfer from the east coast of China,strengthening the interactive cooperation among the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and improving the efficiency of transportation resources.
