摘  要:在如今环境保护越来越严格的情况下,利用"水洗"新工艺生产的高纯度三氧化钼生产钼粉,对于改变一直依赖"酸洗"三氧化钼进行钼粉生产而污染环境的格局,存在重大的意义。但是,以新工艺生产的高纯三氧化钼进行钼粉生产的工艺研究文献并不多见。本文着重研究了"水洗"新工艺下一种低K高纯三氧化钼制备钼粉的生产工艺。结果表明该低K原料生产的钼粉粒度对工艺变化"感觉"不明显,反应"迟钝";同时,钼粉粒度过小导致钼粉的过筛率不高,且难于生产大粒度钼粉。Under the circumstances of increasingly strict environmental protection today,the production of molybde-num powder using low-K high-purity molybdenum trioxide produced by the M washing processM is of great signifi-cance to change the pattern of pollution caused by molybdenum trioxide,which has always relied on the M sour washing processM for the production of molybdenum powder.However,the research on the process of molybdenum powder production with high purity molybdenum trioxide produced by the new process is rare.This paper focuses on the production process of molybdenum powder prepared with molybdenum trioxide of high purity with low K content under the new process of M washing with water11.The results showed that the molybdenum powder size produced by the material with low K content was not obvious to the process change andM slow responseM.At the same time,the small size of molybdenum powder leads to the low screening rate of molybdenum powder and the difficulty of produ-cing large-grain molybdenum powder.
