大同市养老机构老年人体育生活方式现状调查与分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等主要研究方法,针对大同市养老机构老年人体育生活方式进行调查分析,分别从老年人体育运动的关注度、体育运动的持续时间、频率状况、强度状况、体育消费及养老机构体育场所器械等方面进行调查与分析。希望可以通过本文对大同市养老机构老年人体育生活方式的发展带来理论性的指导,同时为丰富老年人体育生活贡献自己的一点微薄之力。This paper investigates and analyzes the sports lifestyle of the elderly in the nursing institutions of Datong City by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The paper analyzes the attention,duration,frequency,intensity of elderly sports involvement,sports consumption and sports equipment of nursing institutions,hoping to provide theoretical guidance for the development of the sports lifestyle of the elderly in Datong City,and contribute to the elderly's sports life.
