摘  要:为了将在线监测系统部署到Web端,需要解决实时设备通信、前端数据同步和数据可视化的问题。首先,通过将node. js服务器的事件驱动机制与实验物理和工业控制系统(EPICS)的驱动程序对接,实现对仪器设备数据更新事件的监听;然后,利用socket. io模块创建浏览器与服务器之间的双向数据通道通信,实现数据的可靠传输;最后,利用angular数据绑定技术,把实时数据绑定到Web前端echarts数据图表和百度地图等组件,实现前端数据的科学展示。将此方案应用于中国科学院钍基熔盐堆核能项目(TMSR)的一辐射防护系统中,数据更新周期达到100 ms;而且与原辐射监测系统客户端软件相比,数据显示手段增加了地图、矢量图和响应式折线图等类型。该系统已稳定运行2年,实现了跨系统、跨终端、跨区域的辐射安全监测。In order to place the online monitoring system on the Web side,it is necessary to solve the problems of real-time device communication,front-end data synchronization and data visualization.Firstly,by combining the event-driven mechanism of the node.js server with the Experimental Physical and Industrial Control System(EPICS)driver,the monitoring of instrument data update event was realized.Then,reliable data transmission was achieved by utilizing the socket.io module to create a duplex data channel communication between the browser and the server.Finally,using the data binding technology of angular framework,the real-time data was successfully bound to the echarts data chart and Baidu Map on the front-end pages,which accomplished the scientific presentation of front-end data.This scheme was applied to one of radiation protection systems of the Thorium Molten Salt Reactor(TMSR)of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,and the results showed that data update time was less than 100 ms.Moreover,compared with the client of original radiation monitoring system,more types of data display were provided,such as maps,vector graphics and responsive line charts.The system has been running stably for 2 years,and it has realized radiation safety monitoring across systems,terminals and regions.
