微创技术在复杂牙拔除术中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察临床应用微创技术对复杂牙拔除术的治疗效果。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选取2015年12月至2017年5月在安康市中心医院进行牙拔除的84例患者,按照随机平行分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组患者应用传统拔牙术,观察组患者则应用微创拔牙术,对比分析两组患者手术时间、畏惧评分、术后疼痛评分及相关并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间明显少于对照组,畏惧评分及术后疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,术中及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论临床应用微创技术对复杂牙进行拔除可明显缩短手术时间,缓解患者痛苦及畏惧心理,安全性高,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive technique for complex tooth extraction.Methods A prospective study was used to select 84 cases of dental extraction in this hospital during December 2015 to May 2017.According to the random parallel grouping method,these patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with traditional extraction,and patients in observation group were treated with minimally invasive extraction.The operating time,fear scores,scores of postoperative pain and related complications were compared and analyzed between these two groups.Results The operating time in observation group was obviously less than that of control group,fear grading and postoperative pain scores were significantly higher than those of control group,two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative complications rates compared between these 2 groups were significantly lower than those of control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technique for extraxtion of complex teeth can significantly shorten the operating time,relieve the pain and fear of patients,with high safety,hence it can be used for clinical application.
