摘 要:随着社会经济飞速发展,汽车数量也在逐渐的增加,这样的情况导致了我国交通行业的飞速发展。交通行业的发展为交通系统的完善提供了物质基础,通过计算机采集交通信息,能够有效的提高交通管理。在交通系统建立的过程中,交通监控设备是交通系统重要设备,但是因为在光照、遮挡等环境中,交通监控获取图像的质量有所差别,这样的情况下对交通监控技术提出了更高的要求。有限瘠波与压缩感知可能克服传统小波只对水平、垂直与角线三个方向敏感的问题,为监控提供图像的不同尺寸与不同方向的分辨率。将有限瘠波与压缩感知技术应用在智能交通监控中,能够有效的提高监控画面的质量,从而保障我国交通系统的健康发展。with the rapid development of social economy,the number of automobiles is gradually increasing,which leads to the rapid development of China's transportation industry.The development of the transportation industry provides the material foundation for the perfection of the transportation system.By collecting the traffic information through the computer,the traffic management can be effectively improved.In the process of the establishment of the traffic system,traffic monitoring equipment is an important equipment of the traffic system.However,because of the difference in the quality of the image acquired by traffic monitoring in the environment of lighting,shielding and so on,higher requirements are put forward for the traffic monitoring technology.Finite-finite-wave and compression perception may overcome the problem that traditional wavelet is only sensitive to horizontal,vertical and angular lines,and provide different dimensions and resolution of image for monitoring.The application of finite-finite-wave and compressed sensing technology in intelligent traffic monitoring can effectively improve the quality of the monitoring picture,thus ensuring the healthy development of China's traffic system.
