刍议从中国排球现状对青少年球员培养的影响与解决措施

摘　　要：排球这项运动从美洲发展过来,历经几百年的风雨变革,成为了世界三大球之一,其重要程度可想而知,是一个国家体育实力的重要标志之一。我国的排球事业发展也经历了一代又一代排球人的努力拼搏,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。从排球联赛的形成,为国家队输送大批优秀人才,到排球超级联赛的创立,使排球迈出了走向产业化、商业化、职业化的第一步。而中国的排球事业想要稳固的发展、长久不衰,最重要的就是排球群众基础的建设,而其中青少年排球的发展则是重中之重。青少年作为体育运动的后备人才,是一个国家体育发展的重要对象,但因中国整个排球领域发展的不平衡,导致青少年的培养出现层次不。为此,本文剖析出我国当前排球发展对青少年培养造成的问题,并有针对性的提出相应的解决措施,大力开展校园体育,组织青少年排球联赛和地方性赛事,并对中国排球进行产业化改革。Volleyball,a sport that has developed from the Americas and has undergone several hundred years of stormy changes,has become one of the world's big three.Its importance is self-evident.And it is one of the important symbols of a country's sports strength.The development of our country’s volleyball industry has also experienced the hard work of generations and generations of volleyballers,and has achieved remarkable results.From the formation of the volleyball league,a large number of excellent talents has been transferred to the national team,to the establishment of the volleyball super league,the volleyball has taken the first step toward industrialization,commercialization,and professionalization.While China's volleyball enterprise wants stable development and long-term success,the most important thing is the construction of the volleyball masses,and the development of youth volleyball is vital.As a reserve talent for sports,young people are an significant target for the development of national sports.However,because of the imbalance in the development of the whole volleyball field in China,the level of youth training has become uneven.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems caused by current development of volleyball in China for young people,and the targeted solutions to the relevant issues.Campus sports should vigorously carried out.Organizing more youth volleyball leagues and local competitions.Finally,the industrialization of Chinese volleyball reform is critical as well.
