摘  要:通过引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(Cardura E10P)作为功能单体与丙烯酸酯类单体混合进行自由基共聚合,再通过碱中和分散,制得综合性能非常优异的羟基丙烯酸水分散体。利用羟基丙烯酸水分散体制备的氨基烤漆在耐冲击性、耐溶剂性、光泽以及耐候性等方面都有比较大的改善。本实验研究了E10P的用量、中和剂的种类和用量对树脂性能以及固化后氨基烤漆漆膜的影响。研究表明E10P的使用量占单体总量的12%,混合中和剂用量THA与DMEA配比1:3时,由该水分散体制备的氨基烤漆性能最佳。Hydroxy acrylic acid aqueous dispersion with excellent comprehensive properties were prepared by introducing glycidyl tertiary carbonate(Cardura E10P)as functional monomer and acrylate monomer for free radical copolymerization and then neutralizing.The amino baking paint prepared by hydroxy acrylic acid aqueous dispersion has great improvement in impact resistance,solvent resistance,gloss and weatherability.The effects of the amount of E10P and the way of addition,the type and amount of neutralizer on the properties of resin and the cured amino-baking varnish film were studied.The results show that the amino baking paint prepared by the water dispersant has the best performance when the use of E10P accounts for 12%of the total monmoer and the blending neutralizer content was 1:3 of THA and DMEA.
