摘　　要：目的探讨热痹康胶囊的水提取工艺条件。方法用薄层色谱法对方中防风、黄柏、桂枝和桑枝进行定性鉴别,以干膏量和龙胆苦苷含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,运用正交试验法对水提的工艺条件进行优化。结果水提取最佳工艺为:第一次补足吸水量后加10倍量水浸泡0.5 h,其余每次加10倍量水,提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the water extraction conditions of Rebikang capsule.Methods An extraction procedure was optimizedby orthogonal test.The content of rutin which was used as the assessment index was determined by HPLC.Results The optimalwater extraction process was as follows:using crude drugs in processed pieces with 10 times water,soak for 2 h,extraction 3times and each time lasts 1 h.Conclusion The optimal process is stable and feasible.
