摘　　要：改革开放40年我国学生体质测试监督体系初步形成,外部监督机制格局已定,监督主体、监督方式、监督职责和监督内容日臻完善;内部监督机制已经确立学校自测自查的根本制度,贯彻执行各项政策法规,运行机制逐渐健全。为完善学生体质测试监督机制,提出构建以行政监督为核心,法律监督为规范,学校内部监督为根本的监督系统;使外部监督和内部监督相互结合,各种监督力量相互补充,各种监督措施相互促进,形成整体合力;极力发扬行政监督的督查、监督、防护、纠错效力,明确彰显法律监督的强制力,努力培养学校内部监督的自觉自控能力。Over the40years of reform and opening-up of China,the students’body fitness test supervision system has taken shape.The external supervision mechanism has been set up,and the supervision main body,supervision methods,supervision responsibilities,and supervision content are improving;the internal supervision mechanism has been established.School self-checking and self-examination system has been adopted as the basic system and various policies and regulations have been implemented and the operating mechanism has improved.In order to better the student’s physical fitness testing and supervision mechanism,the establishment of a supervision system with administrative supervision as the core,legal supervision as the norm,and school internal supervision as the fundamental supervision system has been fulfilled.The external supervision and internal supervision should be combined with each other,and various supervision forces should complement each other.Supervisory measures should promote each other to vigorously promote the effective administrative supervision,protection,error correction and to demonstrate the force of legal supervision,cultivating the ability of self-control of school internal supervision.
