摘　　要：本文以译者行为批评理论为框架,将20世纪上半叶美国"诗人译者群"视作一个整体,通过考察和描述其形成背景、翻译策略、翻译方法和翻译产品,对其总的行为方式进行批评。研究结果表明,"诗人译者"行为方式下的译文虽并未达到"求真度"和"务实度"之间的理想平衡,但它依然具有其自身存在的行为合理度。此外,文章还为中国古典诗歌"走出去"提供了相应的启示。Based on the translator behavior criticism theory,this paper attempts to investigate the translational style of the American“poet translators’group ”in the 1st half of 20th century by means of describing its background,translation strategy and translational production. The study shows that the poems translated by the“poet translators”have their own status although they do not achieve the balance between“the degree of truth-seeking ”and“the degree of utility-attaining”. This paper also gives some suggestions on promoting the outgoing of ancient Chinese poems.
