摘  要:为了提高风机机舱过滤装置的过滤效果,利用温控原理,设计了1种新型风机机舱环境过滤系统。通过对比4种常用的过滤网材料的优缺点,确定了聚丙烯纤维材料为最佳选择,并详细阐述了该系统的控制原理。最后,将该系统应用于吉林大安风电场中,结果表明:该系统使风机机舱环境得到了改善,极大地减轻了运维人员的工作量。In order to enhance the filtering effect of the engine room filter device,a new type of fan engine room environment filter system was designed in this paper.Firstly,the design scheme of the system was briefly discussed and the structure diagram of the engine room filter system was drawn.Secondly,the material selection of filter screen of the system was described in detail and the contrast diagram of four kinds of materials was simulated.And then the principle of the control part of the system was explained in detail.Finally,the system was installed in Jilin Da'an wind farm for case application.The results show that the system could improve the environment of fan engine room and greatly reduce the workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
