摘　　要：目的:分析患者出院带药不合理处方,促进临床合理用药.方法:选取某院患者2017年7～12月份出院带药处方共13406张,对其中不合理处方进行分析.结果:不合理处方有241张,占处方总数的1.8%.主要问题有缺项、用法用量错误、用药不适宜等.结论:及时干预不合理处方,保证患者用药安全.Objective:Analysis of unreasonable prescriptions for discharged patients,Guiding clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:We choose a total of 13406 discharge prescriptions of patients from July to December 2017 in a hospital,and the analysis of the unreasonable prescription.Results:There were 241 irrational prescriptions,account for 1.8%of the total prescriptions.The main problems were lack of items,error of usage and dosage,inappropriate drug use and so on.Conclusion:timely intervention of irrational prescriptions,ensure the safely of drug use in patients.
