摘  要:分析了影响熔炼顶吹炉抛渣含铅高的几个重要因素,并结合生产实践针对顶吹炉渣型、氧势、温度、物料含杂质情况和熔池高度等影响因素,提出了如何降低一步炼铅顶吹炉抛渣含铅应对措施,并对渣型控制、氧势控制、温度控制、熔池高度控制及物料中锌锑控制管理等措施进行了简单的探讨,最后实现抛渣(水淬渣)含铅由2. 19%降至0. 44%,含锌由5. 70%降至2. 88%。Several important factors caused high lead content in the abandoned slag from the top-blow converter are analyzed combining with the production practice,and the slag type,oxygen potential,temperature,impurities content of top-blow converter,as well as the bath height and the other influencing factors,the countermeasures for the further reduction of lead content in the abandoned slag from the top-blow converter are proposed,and the simple discussion is carried out for the slag type controlling,oxygen potential controlling,temperature controlling,bath height controlling,and the controlling measures of zincs antimony; finally,the lead content in abandoned slag is decreased from 2.19% to 0.44%,the zinc content is decreased from 5.70% to 2.88%.
