摘  要:采用加压酸浸法处理攀枝花地区含钛高炉渣,通过加压酸浸脱除钙镁,使TiO_2得到富集的钛工业原料。研究确定最佳工艺条件为:初始盐酸浓度18%,浸出温度140℃,浸出时间6 h,液固比L∶S=5∶1,在此工艺条件下,CaO脱除率98%,MgO脱除率96%,Fe脱除率85%,Al_2O_3脱除率78%,TiO_2损失率小于3%。The Ti-bearing blast furnace slag in Panzhihua region shall be treated by pressure acid leaching method,so that TiO2 can be enriched as the titanium industrial material. The confirmed optimal process conditions are: the initial hydrochloric acid concentration is 18%,the leaching temperature is 140℃,the leaching time is 6 h,the liquid-solid ratio L∶S=5∶1,under the above mentioned process conditions,the removal rate of CaO is 98%,of MgO is 96%,of Fe is 85%,of Al2O3 is 78%,the loss ratio of TiO2 is less than 3%.
