摘 要:我公司和北京大学于2017年共同建立了电抛光(electro-polishing,简称"EP")装置,并对EP去除厚度的控制方法进行了大量试验,从称重、超声波测厚仪测厚及理论跟踪计算三个方面阐述了超导铌腔EP过程中去除厚度的控制方法。试验主要以理论跟踪计算为主,称重和超声波测厚仪测厚为辅来验证理论跟踪计算的准确性.通过多次EP试验,结果表明理论跟踪计算是控制EP去除厚度最为直接、可靠的一种方法。The electro-polishing device,“EP”for short was established in 2017 by Beijing University and our company,a lot of tests were carried out for the control method of EP thickness decreasing,the control method of thickness decreasing in superconductive niobium cavity EP process are described from the following three aspects,weighting,thickness measuring by ultrasonic thickness meter and theoretical tracking calculation. The tests are focused on theoretical tracking calculation,weighting and thickness measuring by ultrasonic as the supplementary factors. The results show the theoretical tracking calculation is the most direct,reliable method for EP thickness decreasing through several EP tests.
