摘　　要：基于江西省调研数据,利用二元Probit和ISM模型,分别探讨家庭农场仅有正规借贷、既有正规借贷也有非正规借贷的影响因素及其层次结构。结果表明:劳动力人数、文化程度、经营年数、经营范围、家庭农场借贷倾向对家庭农场既有正规借贷也有非正规借贷有显著影响。其中,劳动力人数和文化程度是深层根源因素;经营年数、经营范围、土地面积、农机总数对家庭农场仅有正规借贷有显著影响。其中,经营年数和经营范围是深层根源因素。据此提出以下4点政策建议:(1)大力开展家庭农场经营主体的职业教育和职业培训,鼓励和培育职业型农民;(2)引导和规范农村民间借贷市场;(3)完善家庭农场金融扶持政策,推动更多金融资本进入农业领域;(4)推进土地流转,促进土地适当集中。Based on the survey in Jiangxi Province,the binary Probit and ISM models were used to explore the influencing factors and hierarchical structure of family farms with exclusive formal lending,formal lending and informal lending.The results show that education,the number of laborers and years of operation,the scope of business,and the tendency of family farms to borrow have a significant impact on both formal and informal borrowing of family farms.Among them,the number of laborers and the level of education are the deep-rooted factors;the number of years of operation,business scope,land area,and total number of agricultural machinery have a significant impact on the formal borrowing of family farms.Among them,the number of operation years and business scope are deep-rooted factors.Based on this,the following four policy recommendations are proposed:①Vigorously carry out vocational education and vocational training for family farm operators,and encourage and cultivate professional farmers.②Guide and standardize the rural private lending market.③Improve family farm financial support policies and invest more financial capital in the agricultural sector.4.Promote land circulation and proper concentration of land.
