社会资本、心理资本对农民工创业绩效影响研究——基于陕西省889份农户调研数据

摘　　要：运用社会资本、心理资本全新视角,提出社会资本、心理资本对农民工创业绩效的影响假设,依据在陕西省899份农户实地调研数据,通过相关和回归分析等统计方法对相关假设进行实证分析。研究表明:社会资本中社会信任、社会网络、社会互惠、社区凝聚力、社会支持5个维度均与农民工创业绩效在0.01水平上呈显著正相关;心理资本中自我效能感、冒险与创新倾向、创业幸福感3个维度均与农民工创业绩效在0.01水平上呈显著正相关。The paper adopted the new perspective of social capital and psychological capital,combined with the theory of social capital,psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance,put forward a hypothesis about the influence of social capital and psychological capital on the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers.It,based on 889 household survey data in Shaanxi Province,empirically analyzed the hypothesis through correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical method in SPSS 20.0.The research showed that the five dimensions of social trust,social network,social reciprocity,community cohesion and social support in social capital all show a significant positive correlation with the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers at the level of 0.01.The three dimensions of psychological capital,self-efficacy,risk and innovation tendency,and entrepreneurial happiness are significantly positively correlated with the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers at the level of 0.01.
