摘 要:热塑性碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRTP)因其轻质高强广泛应用于航空航天和汽车领域,但CFRTP和铝合金的连接是一个亟待解决的问题。目前最常用的是胶接和机械连接,但胶接工艺复杂且易老化,机械连接会产生应力集中,而激光焊接具有焊接效率高、能量集中及易实现工业化生产等优点,可实现CFRTP和铝合金的焊接。探究了不同表面处理后的激光焊接接头强度以及焊接功率区间,并通过微观表征初步揭示了铝板和CFRTP激光焊接的连接机理。Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic(CFRTP)are widely used in aerospace and automotive industries owing to its lightweight and high strength.The joining of CFRTP and aluminum alloy is still an urgent problem to be solved.The common joining are adhesive bonding and mechanical connection,but adhesive bonding procedure is complicated and the adhesive is easy to age,and the mechanical connection will cause stress concentration.Laser welding can realize the welding of CFRTP and aluminum alloy because of its high welding efficiency,energy concentration and easy industrial production.The strength of laser welding joints after different surface treatments and welding power range are studied,and the joining mechanism of laser welding between aluminum sheets and CFRTP is revealed by microscopic characterization.
