摘  要:分别采用BJ380A、5A06和2325铝合金焊丝进行5A06/2A14异种铝合金TIG对接焊试验,分析接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:焊缝无裂纹、气孔等缺陷;相比5A06母材一侧,2A14母材一侧热影响区晶粒长大明显,且较采用5A06/2325焊丝获得的焊缝晶粒,BJ380A焊丝获得的焊缝晶粒更粗大。采用3种焊丝获得的接头抗拉强度有所差异,最低约为5A06铝合金母材的83%。2325焊丝获得的接头抗拉强度最高,断口分析表明2325焊丝接头断裂处呈韧性断裂,断口以韧窝为主。The butt joining of 2A14 aluminum alloy to 5A06 aluminum alloy was conducted by TIG welding with BJ380A, 5A06 and 2325 aluminum alloy filler wires,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed.The results show that there are no cracks and pores in welds.The grain growth in the heat-affected zones(HAZ)near 2A14 base metal is more obvious than that near 5A06 base metal,and the grain is coarser in the weld made with BJ380A filler wire than that in the weld made with 5A06 or 2325 filler wire.The tensile strength of joints is dissimilar by three filler wires,and the lowest value is about 83% of that of the 5A06 aluminum alloy base metal.The tensile strength of the joint obtained by 2325 welding wire is the highest.Fracture analysis shows that the fracture of 2325 welding wire joint is ductile fracture,and the fracture is mainly dimple.
