摘  要:汽车车身焊接的高节拍、高效率和高品质对焊接工艺和焊接质量提出了新的挑战,传统弧焊难以满足车身高速焊接的要求。针对此问题提出了旁路熔丝耦合电弧焊接工艺,利用等离子电弧和旁路熔丝电弧耦合,两电弧电流可通过两个独立电源分开调整,实现母材热输入和金属熔敷分开调整,为薄板高速焊提供了新的方法。实验中搭建旁路熔丝耦合电弧焊接系统,利用电信号采集系统对两个电弧电压和电流进行采集,借助高速摄像同步系统对电弧图像和熔滴过渡过程进行监测,研究等离子电弧与旁路熔丝电弧耦合机理,分析旁路熔丝电弧对等离子电弧行为和熔滴过渡过程的影响。结果表明:熔滴过渡过程稳定,实现无飞溅过渡,旁路熔丝电弧电流增加,改变等离子电弧和旁路熔滴电弧热力作用,熔滴过渡直径相应减小,熔滴过渡频率增加;熔滴过渡过程实现无飞溅过渡,熔滴与工件"短路"后,等离子电弧电压和旁路熔丝电弧电压产生波动;旁路熔丝耦合电弧高速焊薄板搭接焊缝成形良好。The high pace,high efficiency and high quality of automotive body have put forward challenge to the traditional welding process,however,it is difficult to meet requirement for high speed welding.This paper presents a novel welding process arcing-wire PAW welding process.With the new arc working mode,it is easier to achieved the new welding process which can relieved the inherent constraints in heat input and deposition,the advantages of the new welding process is the high efficiency and high welding speed and low heat input,increase the welding currents can get higher productivity and less distortion.The experimental system is established in lab,the waveforms of welding current and arc voltage are acquired through signal acquisition system,and the arc behavior and metal transfer process are monitored by high-speed camera synchronously.The results of experiments indicate that the metal transfer is stable without spatter,the droplet diameter decreased with the increase of the by-pass arc current,as the arc heat input and arc force changed accordingly.The metal transfer without spatter,the two arc have voltage fluctuation by the short between wire and work-piece.The weld formation is smooth without defects in high speed welding.
