摘  要:通过对标准椭圆形封头旋压成形工艺进行合理的简化,利用几何方法确定了一次旋压成形过程中旋轮的运动轨迹。在此基础上,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了标准椭圆形封头旋压成形的三维有限元模型,并得到了符合实际要求的数值分析结果。根据模型结果和弹塑性有限元理论,对旋压成形过程中毛坯的变形机理进行了分析,得出了封头在成形过程中不同旋压阶段和不同位置的应力、应变以及厚度减薄率的分布规律,为封头旋压成形过程的研究提供了有效的方法和可靠的依据。Through reasonable simplification of the spinning forming process of standard elliptical head, the trajectory of the spinning roller is determined by geometric method in the single-pass spinning forming process. On this basis, the three-dimensional finite element model of the standard elliptical head is formed by adopting ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The model obtains the numerical analysis results that meet the actual requirements. According to the model results and elastoplastic finite element theory, the deformation mechanism of the blank during the spinning forming process is analyzed, and the distribution of stress, strain and thickness at different positions during the forming process is obtained. This provides an effective method and reliable basis for the study on the spinning forming process of head.
