摘 要:以福建省尤溪县水东大桥主桥为工程背景,应用桥梁结构分析软件MIDAS/Civil对该V型墩连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑施工进行正装分析,得到了阶段的变形控制目标和成桥状态累计变形。结果表明,在顶推阶段,整个V型墩沿顶推力方向发生偏转,主梁变形较大,大于混凝土浇筑和预应力张拉工况的效应,应作为施工变形控制的重点;成桥状态的累计竖向线形不平顺,合拢段位置波动较大,应把累计竖向变形反向作为施工的预拱度。最后,对现场实测变形值与计算值进行对比分析,其偏差均在规范范围内,验证了计算模型和分析方法的正确性。对存在的偏差,分析其原因,并提出合理建议。Taking the main bridge of Shuidong bridge in Youxi county,Fujian province as the engineering background,the analysis software of MIDAS/Civil is adopted for the forward analysis of the cantilever casting construction of this continuous rigid frame bridge with V-shaped pier,from which,the targets of stage deformation control and the cumulative deformation of finished bridge state are obtained.The results show that:firstly,with the deflection of the whole V-shaped pier along the jacking force direction at the jacking stage,the girder has large deformation,which is greater than the effect of casting concrete and tensioning prestressed steel bars,therefore,the jacking stage should be taken as the key point of the deformation control; secondly,the cumulative vertical shape is not smooth after the completion of the bridge and the fluctuation in the position of the closure section is larger,so the cumulative vertical deformation should be reversed as the pre-camber.Finally,by comparing the measured and calculated values of the deformation,the deviation lies within the specified range,which verifies that the calculation model and analysis method are correct.The causes of existing deviation are analyzed so to make reasonable suggestions.
