摘 要:针对双轴式惯性激振器运转时总在一定激振频率下出现振动噪声的问题,对不同连结条件下偏心块-转轴系统的振动特性进行了动力学分析和探讨.运用理论分析和有限元仿真相结合的方法,对可能导致振动噪声的相关动力学问题做了研究,并通过仿真结果比较了刚、柔不同连结条件下偏心块-转轴系统前8阶固有频率及振型.利用LMS振动测试平台得到的,不同工作条件对应的加速度幅频曲线作为实验验证,总结得出双轴式惯性激振器出现振动噪声的主要原因是一定激振频率下因系统共振引发的偏心块绕轴抖动,且边界条件(支撑和约束)对合理构建仿真模型以及分析机械系统动态特性具有重要意义.The vibration and noise of biaxial inertial vibrator under certain frequency are analyzed.The vibration characteristics of eccentric block-rotating shaft system under different connecting conditions are discussed.Using the method of combining theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,the related dynamics problems that may lead to vibration and noise are studied.The first 8 order natural frequencies and vibration modes of eccentric block-rotating shaft system under rigid and flexible connections are compared.Using the LMS vibration test platform,the acceleration amplitude frequency curves under different working conditions are verified by experiments.It is concluded that the main reason for the vibration and noise of the biaxial inertial vibrator is the vibration of the eccentric block caused by the system resonance at a certain excitation frequency.Moreover,boundary conditions(support and constraint)are of great importance in building a simulation model and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of mechanical systems.
