摘 要:在系统研究了含铜泡沫铝回收工艺的基础上,采用光学显微镜(OM),扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸试验机,重点研究了铜含量对再生铝微观形貌和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:铜对泡沫再生铝的微观形貌、抗拉强度和延伸率有较大影响;产生这些影响的主要原因是铜元素的存在细化了泡沫再生铝的晶粒,改善了其微观组织,同时铜元素固溶到基体中,对基体起到固溶强化的作用.Based on the researching of the recycle technology of the Cu-containing aluminum foam,the effect of Cu(from the Cu-containing aluminum foam)element on the microstructure and tensile properties of the secondary aluminum were studied systematically by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and tensile testing machine.The result has showed that Cu has an important influence on the microstructure,tensile strength and elongation of the secondary aluminum.Such influence is mainly caused by the addition of Cu which has refined the grains and optimized the microstructure of the secondary aluminum.Meanwhile,the Cu element has solid solution into the matrix and induces the solid solution strengthening in the Cu-containing secondary aluminum.
