摘　　要：介绍了BIM技术在九圩港二线船闸中的实际应用情况。为克服船闸传统施工管理中存在的缺点,对船闸施工中的进度、技术方案、工程量、图纸审查等方面进行研究,总结提出了BIM技术在施工模拟、可视化进度管理、方案优化与比选、质量与安全管理等方面的应用点,为水运工程信息化体系提供理论和应用依据。The article mainly introduces the BIM technology in the port of nine fair as second line ship lock practical application situation,in order to overcome the shortcomings in the traditional construction management of ship locks,the progress,technical plan,engineering quantity and drawing review in the construction of ship locks are studied.The application points such as construction simulation,visual progress management,program optimization,comparison and selection,quality and safety management are summarized and put forward.To provide theoretical and application basis for the information system of water transportation engineering.
