摘 要:科技金融资金配置效率是科技与金融结合程度的重要评价指标。选取上海、杭州、宁波、南京、苏州、无锡、南通、常州、合肥和芜湖等10个长三角城市近两年的数据进行实证分析和比较,得出合肥市科技金融配置效率较低的结论。基于此,本文认为应采取创新金融供给模式、搭建跨省服务平台、建立多元投资体系、精准支持优质科技企业等措施来提升合肥市科技金融配置效率。The efficiency of sci-tech finance capital allocation is an important evaluation index of the degree of combination of technology and finance.The paper,selecting the recent two years data of Yangtze River Delta cities including Shanghai,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi,Nantong,Changzhou,Hefei and Wuhu as comparative objects,concludes that the efficiency of sci-tech finance allocation in Hefei is low.Based on this,it puts forward some measures such as innovating financial supply mode,establishing platform services across provinces,constructing multiple investment system and precisely supporting high-quality technology companies to enhance sci-tech finance allocation efficiency of Hefei City.
