摘　　要：随着经济全球化与一体化进程加快,国际上跨区域间合作更为密切,许多跨地域或跨国的公共产品应运而生,相应地也产生了一系列区域性公共产品的供给问题。随着我国主导的"一带一路"倡议的实施,沿线国家间不仅存在区域性公共产品的传统类型,而且,由于沿线主权国家存在的差异性和地域特殊性,还产生了一些新形式的区域性公共产品,新的区域性公共产品的供给问题也日益凸显。本文对"一带一路"区域性公共产品的内涵及供给进行理论分析,剖析了区域性公共产品有效供给面临的挑战,进而有针对性的提出对策建议,希冀对有效供给机制的形成提供借鉴。The acceleration of economic globalization and integration requires closer international and regional cooperation.At the same time,a series of problems of regional public goods supply has arisen.Especially in the implementation of the Belt and Road,many regional public goods have been generated due to the differences and regional particularity of the countries along sides.They include not only the typical types of regional public goods studied in the past,but also some new regional public goods.New problems of regional public goods supply are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the regional public goods produced in the process of the Belt and Road,analyzes the challenges in respect of the supply of regional public goods from the perspective of fiscal governance,then proposes some suggestions hoping to provide a reference for an effective supply mechanism.
