摘 要:目的探讨我军某部空军地勤人员肩关节军事训练伤流行病学分布特征。方法对某部1 386名空军地勤人员进行现场问卷调查,统计肩关节军事训练伤的发病率、伤情种类和致伤课目,比较受伤地勤人员(受伤组)273例和未受伤地勤人员(正常组)989例在基本情况、参训时的心理状态、肩部存在症状、防护性措施应用情况等,探讨军事训练伤的影响因素。结果回收有效问卷1 262份,肩关节军事训练伤发病率为21.63%;伤情种类以软组织损伤为主(68.13%);受伤课目前3位是:匍匐前进(33.70%)、引体向上(20.51%)和俯卧撑(14.65%);2组在体质量指数(BMI)、参训时的训练强度、动作要领掌握情况、心理状态、肩部存在症状和保护措施等方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空军地勤人员军事训练伤的发生受多方面因素影响,BMI偏高、训练强度大、动作要领掌握不牢、存在肩部症状、缺乏信心是主要的危险因素,使用保护性器具及专人防护是保护因素。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of shoulder joint injuries caused by military training among an air force ground crew.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 386 Air Force ground crew members.The incidence of shoulder joint injuries due to military training,types of injuries and training programs responsible for these injuries were studied.The injured group(n=273)and the normal group(n=989)were compared in terms of BMI,mental state,shoulder symptoms and protective measures in order to explore the causes of injuries associated with military training.Results 1 262 valid questionnaires were collected.The incidence of shoulder joint injuries was 21.63%.The main types of injuries were soft tissue injuries(68.13%).The top three training programs that caused injuries were creeping forward(33.70%),push-ups(20.51%)and pull-ups(14.65%).Statistically significant difference(P<0.05)was found in BMI,training intensity,Results of action learning,psychological status,shoulder symptoms and protection measures between the two groups.Conclusion The ground crew's injuries are caused by various factors,among which BMI,training intensity,Results of action learning,shoulder symptoms and lack of confidence are the main risk factors,while the use of protective equipment and personal protection are protective factors.
