摘　　要：目的探讨臂式电子血压计与水银汞柱式血压计在招飞体检工作中的应用价值。方法 946名参加招飞初选的青年,分别应用臂式电子血压计及水银汞柱式血压计进行血压测量,比较2种血压计所测血压数值的差异,同时比较各自每次测量所需要的时间。结果电子血压计测得的收缩压略高于水银汞柱式血压计,2种血压计在测量血压方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但测量所需时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臂式电子血压计可以替代水银汞柱式血压计进行招飞选拔,不仅数据可靠,同时可为招飞工作节省时间。Objective To explore the applicability of arm-electronic sphygmomanometers and mercurial sphygmomanometers in the physical examination for pilot recruitment.Methods Nine hundred and forty-six adolescents were recruited to have their blood pressure measured separately by an arm-electronic sphygmomanometer and mercurial sphygmomanometer before the difference in blood pressure and the time taken by each measurement were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure measured by the arm-electronic sphygmomanometer was slightly higher than that by the mercurial sphygmomanometer.There was no statistically significant difference in the measurement of blood pressure between the two types of sphygmomanometers(P>0.05),but the time taken by each type of sphygmomanometer was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The arm-electronic sphygmomanometer can replace the mercurial sphygmomanometer in the physical examination for pilot recruitment,for it can not only provide reliable data,but also save time.
