摘　　要：目的探讨中国汉族人群中乙醛脱氢酶2(aldehyde dehydrogenase 2, ALDH2)基因多态性与急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)之间的关系。方法本研究共入选468例患者,包括338例ACS患者(ACS组)和明确排除冠心病的130例非冠心病患者(非冠心病组)为研究对象,通过sanger测序的方法对ALDH2基因的多态性进行分析,比较ALDH2各基因型别在ACS组与非冠心病组中的分布,并对研究对象进行多种亚组分析。结果在所有研究对象中,ALDH2基因型的分布在ACS组与非冠心病组中差异均无统计学意义(P=0.43),在多组亚组分析中,ALDH2基因型的分布在ACS和非冠心病组中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中国汉族人群中,ALDH2基因多态性与ACS发病之间无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the relationships b etween aldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2)gene polymorphism and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in Chinese Han population.Methods A total of 468 patients,including 338 ACS patients and 130 patients excluded from coronary heart disease,were enrolled in this study.The ALDH2 gene polymorphism was analyzed by sanger sequencing.The distribution of ALDH2 gene GG,GA and AA in ACS group and non-coronary heart disease group was compared,and the subgroups were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in ALDH2 genotype distribution between ACS group and non-coronary heart disease group(P=0.43)or in the distribution of ALDH2 genotype between ACS and non-coronary heart disease based on analysis of multiple subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant correlation between ALDH2 gene polymorphism a nd incidence of ACS in C hinese H an p opulation.
