摘  要:针对间歇式固定层增氧制气过程中出现的半水煤气中CO_2含量上升、吹风气中CO含量升高、入炉空气中氧含量波动大等问题进行了原因分析,并对可采取的措施进行了探讨。在加大吹风阀手轮开度后,吹风时间从21 s缩短至18 s,可减少吹风气中CO含量上升的幅度;上加氮时间从10 s延长至15 s后,半水煤气中φ(CO_2)可降低约0. 2%;调节吹风时间在18~20 s、循环时间为120 s,氧含量波动范围可控制在2%以内。In connection with problems in intermittent fixed-bed oxygen-enriched gasification,such as increased CO2 content in semi water gas,increased CO content in blowing gas,high oxygen content fluctuation of charging air,etc.,cause analysis is carried out,and measures which can be taken are discussed.After increasing blower valve hand wheel opening,shortening the blowing air time from 21s to 18s can reduce the rise range of CO content in blowing gas;upper nitrogen addition time prolonged from10s to15s,φ(CO2)in semi water gas can decrease by about 0.2%;adjusting blowing air time between18s to 20s and cycle time to120s,fluctuation range of oxygen content can be controlled within 2%.
