摘  要:硝酸钾结块的主要原因是硝酸钾晶体表面液膜的相互作用力以及硝酸钾晶体表面液膜层中盐离子扩散引起不断结晶-溶解-再结晶,从而产生晶桥连接。试验研究表明,选用由晶控剂、抗水剂、抗黏剂组成的复配防结块剂可以有效防止硝酸钾结块,提高硝酸钾晶体松散度,其中晶控剂选用阴离子型表明活性剂A,抗水剂选用醛类物质B,抗黏剂选用某有机缩合物C,复配防结块剂质量组成为晶控剂50%~60%+抗水剂20%~25%+抗黏剂20%~25%,添加量控制在硝酸钾产品质量的0. 07%~0. 10%。添加复配防结块剂的硝酸钾存放40 d后,其松散度在85%以上。The main reason for the caking of potassium nitrate is the interaction force of the liquid film on the surface of the potassium nitrate crystal and the salt ions in the liquid film on the surface of the potassium nitrate crystal diffuse,which causes continue to crystallize,dissolve,and recrystallize,thereby generating a crystal bridge connection.The experimental research shows that the compound anti-caking agent composed of crystal control agent,water-repellent agent and anti-adhesive agent can effectively prevent the caking of potassium nitrate and improve the looseness of potassium nitrate crystal.The crystal control agent uses anionic surfactant A,the anti-water agent selects the aldehyde B,the anti-adhesive agent selects an organic condensate C,the mass composition of compound anti-caking agent is50%~60%of the crystal control agent,20%~25%of the anti-water agent,and20%~25%of the anti-adhesive agent,and the added amount is controlled in the range of0.07%~0.10%of the total mass of the potassium nitrate product.After40days of storage,the looseness of potassium nitrate added with the compound anti-caking agent is over85%.
