摘　　要：目的:研制一种一次性使用精密过滤封管注射器,消除封管液中输液微粒对人体造成的危害。方法:该装置由注射器和配套使用的过滤器组成。该精密过滤封管注射器包括针筒、设置于针筒前端的针座、针头,针头的尾端为针座套,针座前端连接有精密过滤器,精密过滤器尾端设置有附加针座,附加针座外围设置有内壁呈圆柱孔状的固定筒,固定筒内壁表面设置有与针座套相适配的螺纹,精密过滤器的前端设置有针座套,精密过滤器中的过滤膜为单透膜。结果:一次性使用精密过滤封管注射器使用操作简单,能够很好地过滤封管液中的输液微粒。结论:一次性使用精密过滤封管注射器结构简单,封管安全可靠。Objective: A disposable syringe with precision filter was developed to eliminate the harm to the body caused by infusion particles in the sealing liquid. Methods: The device consists of a syringe and a matching filter. The precision filter sealing tube syringe includes a syringe, a needle holder and a needle set at the front end of the syringe, the end of the needle is the pin cover, the front end of the needle holder is connected with a precision filter, the end of the precision filter is provided with additional pin holder, the peripheral of the additional needle holder is provided with a fixed cylinder with cylindrical hole shape of the inner wall, the surface of the inner wall of the fixing cylinder is provided with threads suitable for the pin bush, the front end of the precision filter is provided with a pin cover, the filter membrane in the precision filter is single permeable membrane. Result: The disposable precision filter sealing tube syringe is simple to use and can filter the infusion particles in the sealing liquid. Conclusion: The single-use precision filter syringe is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and suitable for wide application.
