摘　　要：目的观察并分析通过综合处理鼻部组织修复单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形的临床效果。方法收集我院2016年4月～2017年6月收治的单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形自愿选择该术式治疗的患者共42例,通过3D扫描仪进行客观、准确地数据评测术前、术后鼻翼高度对称指数及鼻宽对称指数、鼻翼宽度鼻背中轴偏斜角度、鼻小柱偏斜角度等客观指标及医生、患者、第三方评价对比进行效果评价。结果所有患者术后切口均一期愈合;术后随访12～16个月,患者鼻部畸形得到明显改善,术前、术后客观指标差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);术后鼻部形态三方满意度高。结论鼻部组织综合手术矫正单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形效果稳定持久,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of treating nasal tissue to repair secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery.Method Selected 42 patients with secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery who were voluntary to choose such a surgical method treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017.Objective and accurate data were implemented by 3D scanner to evaluate effects of the height symmetry index of nasal wing,nasal width symmetry index,midaxis deflection angle of nasal wing width,angle of columella nasi deflection before and after operation,as well as doctor,patient,and the third-party evaluation.Results All the postoperative incisions healed at the first stage.After 12~16 months follow-up,the nasal deformities of all patients were obviously improved,and the difference of objective indexes before and after operation was statistically significant(P<0.01).After operation,the satisfaction of nasal shape was high.Conclusion The nasal tissue surgery has a stable and lasting effect on secondary nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery,with a high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
