摘  要:目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施介入治疗后肾功能损害情况。方法选取2015年10月至2017年10月收治的286例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,其中195例实施介入治疗为A组,91例实施非介入治疗为B组,比较两组治疗前血脂、空腹血糖以及治疗后的肾功能损伤情况。结果治疗前两组患者血脂以及空腹血糖差异无统计学意义,治疗后A组的肾功能损害率为23.1%,B组为1.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过治疗后均恢复。结论采取介入治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者,临床效果明显,但会引起患者的肾功能损害,治疗前应对患者的具体情况评估,最大程度降低肾功能损害。Objective To investigate the renal function injury after interventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,286 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes were treated,among which 195 cases were treated with interventional therapy in group A and 91 cases were treated with non-interventional therapy in group B,and the situations of blood lipids,fasting blood glucose and renal injury after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood lipids and fasting blood glucose between the two groups before the treatment,and the renal damage rate was 23.1%in group A and 1.1%in group B after the treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and all patients recovered after the treatment.Conclusion Interventional therapy for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes has obvious clinical effects,but can cause renal function damage in patients.The specific situation of patients should be evaluated before treatment to minimize renal function damage.
