摘　　要：近年来,中药凭借其增效减毒的特性广泛被应用于癌症患者的治疗及术后康复。黄芪甲苷为黄芪的主要有效成分,多项药理研究已证实黄芪甲苷具有抗肿瘤活性。从黄芪甲苷抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移,增强耐药性,增强免疫作用等5个方面对其抗肿瘤作用及机制进行综述,发现黄芪甲苷一方面可以抑制肿瘤增殖、侵袭,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,另一方面在多药耐药及调节免疫抗瘤方面也具有显著效果。In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has been widely applied to the treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of cancer patients by virtue of its properties of effect-enhancing and toxicity- reducing. Astragaloside IV is the main active ingredient of Radix Astragali. Pharmacological studies have confirmed that astragaloside IV has a wide range of anti-tumor activity. This article summarized the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of astragaloside IV against tumor cell proliferation and differentiation, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell invasion and migration, improving drug resistance, and enhancing immune anti-tumor effects. This article provided a reference for anti-cancer treatment by astragaloside IV.
