糖尿病与乙型肝炎病毒感染的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病与乙型肝炎病毒感染关系。方法:参与本实验的乙型肝炎病毒感染患者120例为本实验样本(2016年12月～2017年9月),以患者是否患有糖尿病为分组原则,将其分成研究组(糖尿病合并乙型肝炎病毒感染)和参照组(乙型肝炎病毒感染),两组患者均接受ELISA方法进行临床指标检测,将两组患者的乙肝病毒血清标志物各指标检测情况进行比较。结果:与参照组患者的乙型肝炎病毒中的HBcAb、HBsAb及HBsAg各指标阳性率比较,研究组均更高(P<0.05);另外乙型肝炎病毒HBeAg和HBeAb的阳性率指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白指标均明显高于参照组,并且随着HBV-DNA载量的增多患者血糖水平指标和糖化血红指标均明显升高,两者呈正向关系(P<0.05)。结论:乙型肝炎病毒感染患者随着患病病程的延长,其肝脏损伤会不断加重,患者机体葡萄糖代谢受影响明显,容易出现血糖升高、诱发糖尿病,两者存在一定关系。Objective:To study the relationship between diabetes and hepatitis B virus infection.Methods:120 patients with hepatitis B virus infection were selected as the experimental samples(December 2016~2017 September),and divided into study group(diabetes mellitus complicated with hepatitis B virus infection)and control group(hepatitis B virus)according to whether they had diabetes or not.The two groups of patients received the ELISA method to test the clinical indicators,and compared the detection of the serum markers of the hepatitis B virus in the two groups.Results:The positive rates of HBV HBcAb,HBsAb and HBsAg were all higher in the study group than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the positive rate of HBV HBeAg and HBeAb was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group.With the increase of HBV-DNA load,blood glucose level and glycosylated red blood index were significantly increased,and there was a positive relationship between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hepatitis B virus infection will aggravate along with the extension of the disease course.The glucose metabolism of the patients is obviously affected,and the blood sugar will increase and induce diabetes.There is a certain relationship between them.
