尿管夹闭练习对输尿管弹道碎石术后拔除尿管的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究尿管夹闭练习对输尿管弹道碎石术后拔除尿管的影响。方法:选取某院2016年1月～2018年1月在某院进行输尿管弹道碎石术治疗的128例患者,随机分为两组,对照组64例常规护理,观察组64例进行尿管夹闭练习,对比观察两组患者拔除尿管后的排尿情况。结果:(1)观察组患者拔除尿管后首次排尿时间为(0.98±0.72)h、住院天数(9.9±6.5)d低于对照组,首次排尿量(230.4±27.2)ml高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者排尿成功率高达93.75%,高于对照组的78.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组患者出现尿潴留、尿失禁以及排尿次数增多等不良反应发生率仅为6.25%,显著低于对照组的18.75%,差异具有与统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿管夹闭练习有利于输尿管弹道碎石术后拔除尿管后患者的正常排尿,降低患者住院天数,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of ureteral entrapment exercise on the removal of ureteral catheter after ureteral ballistic lithotripsy.Methods:128 patients treated with ureteral ballistic lithotripsy in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n=64).64 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,64 cases in observation group were treated with ureteral entrapment exercise.The micturition of two groups of patients after removing the catheter was observed.Results:(1)The first time of urination after extubation in observation group was(0.98±0.72)h,and the length of hospitalization was(9.9±6.5)d,the first urination volume was(230.4±27.2)ml,which was higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The success rate of urination in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.13%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse reactions such as urinary incontinence and increased urination in observation group was only 6.25%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.75%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ureteral entrapment exercise is beneficial to normal voiding in patients after ureteral ballistic lithotripsy after removal of urinary catheter,reducing hospitalization days and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
