面部人工韧带重建联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析面部人工韧带重建联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的效果。方法:研究阶段为2016年1月～2018年1月,共纳入研究对象32例,均为想要实现面部年轻化的求美者,分析采用面部人工韧带重建联合自体脂肪移植的效果。结果:治疗前后32例研究对象的面部老化皱纹评分有明显差异,P<0.05;32例患者出现1例短暂眼睛不闭合,2例面部肌肉无力,经过1个月恢复并发症消失,均无严重并发症发生。结论:针对想要实现面部年轻化的求美者而言采用人工韧带重建术联合面部自体脂肪移植可实现对衰老面部皮肤的有效提升,术后并发症少,求美者可获得良好效果,值得临床应用与推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of facial artificial ligament reconstruction combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation.Methods:The study period was from January 2016 to January 2018,and a total of 32 subjects were included in the study.All of them were seeking rejuvenation of the face,and the effects of facial artificial ligament reconstruction combined with autologous fat transplantation were analyzed.Results:The changes of facial aging wrinkles scores before and after treatment were significantly different,with statistical significance,P<0.05.In 32 patients,1 case had short-term unclosed eyes and 2 cases had facial muscle weakness.After 1 month,the complications disappeared and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:For the beauty seeker who wants to achieve facial rejuvenation,artificial ligament reconstruction combined with facial autologous fat transplantation can effectively improve the facial skin of aging.There are few postoperative complications,and the patients can get good results,which is worth of clinical application and promotion.
