摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是一种血管变态反应性疾病,临床极易误诊。该文对1例以腹痛、消化道出血为主要症状的腹型紫癜患者的诊治经过进行描述及简单分析,提示成人腹型过敏性紫癜在临床上极为少见,针对于疑似病例应常规行内镜检查,再结合病理活组织检查等综合分析,以提高该病的早期诊断率,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,减少误诊、漏诊。Abaphylactoid purpura(Henoch-Schonlein purpura) is a vascular allergic disease, which is easily misdiagnosed in clinical practice. In this article, we described and analyzed the diagnosis, treatment and clinical prognosis of one case of anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis presenting with abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding as the main symptoms. This case prompts that adult anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis is extremely rare in clinical settings. For suspected cases of anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis, routine colonoscopy combined with pathological biopsy should be performed to enhance the early diagnostic rate. Early detection, diagnosis and treatment are recommended to reduce the rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
