摘 要:针对传统超声波电源动态响应慢和参数不易调节等问题,研究了一款以ATMEGA328单片机为核心,结合模拟电路的数字控制超声波电源,包括控制电路和主电路。控制电路的作用是输出超声频信号和移相调压信号;主电路的作用是为换能器提供超声频电能。仿真结果表明,该超声波电源具有动态响应快、输出精准等优点。For the problems of traditional ultrasonic power,such as slow dynamic response and parameters which are difficult to adjust,a digital control ultrasonic power that uses the ATMEGA328 single-chip microcomputer as core and is combined with analog circuit is studied,including control circuit and main circuit.The function of the control circuit is to output the ultrasonic signal and the phase-shift voltage regulation signal;the function of the main circuit is to provide ultrasonic energy to transducers.The simulation result shows that ultrasonic power supply has advantages of quick dynamic response and precision output.
