摘  要:以往机械产品的数据表达方式一般采用"三维模型+二维图纸"的形式,工艺信息表达不直观,工艺更改过程十分困难,难以实现协同设计,已经成为制约产品生产效率的关键因素。为解决这一难题,首先分析了MBD数据集的内涵及组成;其次建立了MBD设计模型;然后通过UG10.0及VisualStudio2012软件,采用UG/Open API及NX Open相结合的UG二次开发方式,开发了MBD工艺辅助设计系统,建立了MBD工艺模型;最后实现了零件工艺数据的三维表达,形成了单一数据源的零件工艺信息传递模式,对产品三维工艺的生成进行了有益探索。The data expression mode of mechanical products generally adopts the form of “three-dimensional model + two-dimensional drawing” previously,it leads to the result that the expression of process information is not intuitionistic,meanwhile it is very difficult to change the process,and even harder to implement collaborative design,which has become a key factor restricting the production efficiency.In order to solve this problem,firstly,this paper analyzes the internal culvert and composition of the MBD data set;secondly it forms the MBD design model;thirdly,based on Visual Studio 2012 and UG10.0,UG/Open API is combined with NX Open to form the MBD process aided design system and establish the MBD process model;finally,the 3D expression of the part process data is implemented,and the process information transmission mode of the single data source is formed,the generation of three dimensional process is explored.
