摘  要:随着中美双边旅游的不断发展,中国大陆赴美旅游的游客越来越多,网络自媒体的发展使得人们不仅仅是信息的接收者,也逐渐成为信息的发出者,越来越多的游客在网络自媒体上分享自己的旅游经历,网络自媒体成为游客分享经历、获取信息的重要媒介。对网络自媒体中赴美旅游的游客所撰写的游记进行收集,获取有效样本112例,通过内容分析法对样本信息来源、旅游六要素特征以及游客满意度进行分析,得出中国大陆游客对美国旅游的以下感知情况:中国游客对美国旅游整体印象较好,对旅游景区、酒店等感知要素评价较高,对美国的旅游总体上呈满意的状态;在消费要素感知方面,旅游者对旅游交通感知较强烈,中国游客赴美交通方式100%选择航空,而在美国国内选择使用多种交通方式旅行;在旅游安全感知方面,多数游客非常担心城市治安问题,特别是夜间的治安状况。With the continuous development of bilateral tourism, more and more tourists travel to the United States.The development of the We-Media makes people not only receivers of information, but also issuers of information. More and more tourists use We-Media to share their travel experiences , which make We-Media an important way of sharing experiences and information. In this paper, the author collected travelogues from Chinese visitors who travelled to the United States.Finally, 112 samples were valid.The author analyzed the sources of sample information, the six elements of tourism characteristics and tourist satisfaction by applying content analysis method. The paper got the following findings: Chinese tourists had a good overall impression of the United States.They gave a high evaluation to scenic spots and hotels. Chinese visitors had an intense perception of tourism traffic, and all of them (100%) traveled to the United States by air. However, they chose a variety of transportations when travelled within the United States. In the perception of tourism safety, most tourists were very worried about city public security issues, especially the public security at night. Finally, according to the research, the author proposed the corresponding opinions and suggestions to the tourism operators.
