复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的效果。方法:选取2016年3月到2018年3月间我院收治的妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌患者126例进行实验研究,根据患者就诊日期的先后顺序将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组患者63例,实验组患者采用复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗,对照组患者仅采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、复发率以及症状消失时间。结果:实验组患者的不良反应发生率、复发率显著低于对照组,不良反应发生率、复发率差异性显著,统计学意义存在(P<0.05);两组患者的症状消失时间对比,实验组患者症状消失时间明显较短,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗效果与对照组相比,实验组患者的治疗效果优势较为明显,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参洗剂联合克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的效果良好,能够对患者的康复起到促进作用,并能够降低皮疹、充血、肿胀等不良反应的发生,该种治疗方式应在临床中广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet on vulvovaginal candida during pregnancy.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2018,126 cases of vulvovaginal Candida cerevisiae were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet,while the patients in the control group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablet only.The therapeutic effect,the incidence of adverse reactions,the recurrence rate and the time of disappearance of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were significantly different(P﹤0.05).The time of symptom disappearance in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P﹤0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet has a good effect on the treatment of vulvovaginal candida during pregnancy,and can recover the patients.To promote and reduce the occurrence of rash,congestion,swelling and other adverse reactions,this treatment should be widely used in clinical.
