胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的效果观察及其护理价值分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的效果观察及其护理价值。方法:本次观察对象是随机选取的2017年8月至2018年8月期间我院收治的60例冠心病室性心律失常患者,按入院顺序进行分组,将其平均分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例,给予对照组患者普罗帕酮治疗及临床常规护理,给予观察组患者胺碘酮治疗及针对性护理,并对两组治疗护理效果、患者治疗前后(心率、QT离散度)等情况、用药不良反应发生率及护理满意度进行对比。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗护理效果及患者对护理满意度均较高,组间数据对比差异存在可比性(P<0.05);同时治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者的心率及QT离散度均改善显著,经计算两组之间数据差异存在可比性(P<0.05);而且观察组患者用药不良反应发生率与对照组相比也较低,经统计学计算,组间数据差异存在可比性(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠心病室性心律失常患者给予胺碘酮治疗,可使患者临床症状得到有效改善,而且用药安全性较高,同时配合针对性护理可有效提高临床治疗护理效果,使临床护理工作得到患者的认可及满意,该治疗及护理方案建议临床推广和应用。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect and nursing value of amiodarone in treating ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were randomly selected from August 2017 to August 2018,and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given propafenone treatment and routine clinical nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given amiodarone treatment and targeted nursing.The effect of treatment and nursing before and after treatment(heart rate and QT dispersion)were analyzed.Incidence of adverse drug reactions And nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05),and the data were comparable between the two groups(P﹤0.05).The heart rate and QT dispersion of the patients in the observation group improved significantly(P﹤0.05),and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The patients with ventricular arrhythmias of coronary heart disease were treated with amine-iodine.Ketone treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the safety of medication is high.At the same time,combined with targeted nursing can effectively improve the effect of clinical nursing treatment,so that the clinical nursing work can be recognized and satisfied with the patients.The treatment and nursing program is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
