铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合征临床疗效的系统评价与Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合征的疗效与安全性。方法:计算机检索CBM、CNKI、VIP、WANFANGDATA、Pubmed、CochraneLibrary(2017年第4期)6个网络数据库,并辅以手工检索,收集相关临床随机对照试验,使用RevMan5.3软件对纳入的研究进行偏倚风险评估及Meta分析。结果:共纳入7项研究,共计1105例患者。Meta分析显示:铍针组总有效率及治愈率高于对照组;VAS疼痛指数分析示WMD=-0.86,95%CI[-1.14,-0.59],Z=6.11,P<0.01,具有统计学意义;软组织张力指数:3项亚组分析结果显示差距均具有统计学意义;2项研究描述不良反应。结论:铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合征可能有一定优势,但因纳入的研究数量少且质量不高,结论尚缺乏更高质量的临床随机对照试验支持,建议进一步开展设计严谨、大样本、多中心的随机对照试验。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Pi needle in treating the cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involved in CBM,CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA,Pubmed and Cochrane Library(Issue 4,2017)database were searched by computer and manual searchin.The risk and bias assessment and Meta-analysis were studied by using the software of RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 7 trials involving 1105 patients were enrolled.The Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate and cure rate of Pi needle group were higher than that of control group.The analysis about VAS pain index showed significant differences WMD=-0.86,95%CI[-1.14,-0.59],Z=6.11,P<0.01.Soft tissue tension index:Three subgroups analysis showed that gaps were statistically significant;two studies refer to the occurrence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:Pi needle treatment of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome may have some advantages,but due to the fewer number and the lower quality of studies,recommending further rigorous design,large sample and multicentre randomized controlled trials.
