龙氏正骨手法联合颈深屈肌训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨龙氏正骨手法联合颈深屈肌训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛的疗效。方法:将60例诊断为慢性非特异性颈痛患者随机分成试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组干预措施为龙氏正骨手法联合颈深屈肌训练;对照组为针刺联合颈深屈肌训练。对两组患者治疗前后的病情用视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数评分量表(Neck Disability Index,NDI)进行评定,并将两组结果进行统计学分析。结果:试验组与对照组在治疗前的VAS与NDI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后组内与组间VAS与NDI评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨手法联合颈深屈肌训练与针刺联合颈深屈肌训练对慢性非特异性颈痛均有疗效,能减轻患者颈痛强度及改善颈椎功能,龙氏正骨手法联合颈深屈肌训练组优于针刺联合颈深屈肌训练组。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Long's manipulation combined with deep cervical flexor muscles training in chronic nonspecific neck pain.Methods:Sixty cases of chronic nonspecific neck pain patients were randomly divided into the test group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Patients received Long's manipulation combined with deep cervical flexor muscles training in the test group,and acupuncture combined with deep cervical flexor muscles training in the control group.The VAS score and NDI score were used to assess the conditions in two groups.And the statistical analysis was used to compare the results of the two groups.Results:The two groups showed no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in pre-post intervention in both groups and these scores were significantly reduced in the test group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long's manipulation combined with deep cervical flexor muscles training can reduce neck pain and improve cervical function of chronic nonspecific neck pain patients.
