摘  要:目的:观察阳和平喘颗粒对哮喘模型大鼠肺组织病理损伤及血清中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13的影响。方法:将50只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)、阳和平喘颗粒低剂量组(C组)、阳和平喘颗粒高剂量组(D组)、地塞米松组(E组)。卵清蛋白致敏激发制备哮喘大鼠模型。HE染色观察哮喘模型大鼠肺组织病理改变,ELISA法检测血清IL-4、IL-5和IL-13浓度水平。结果:A组大鼠肺泡结构未见炎性病理改变;B组可见典型的支气管哮喘病理变化;C组肺组织炎症有不同程度的减轻;D、E组肺组织的炎性病理改变明显减轻。A组血清中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13浓度水平明显低于B组(P<0.01);C组血清中IL-4浓度水平与B组无统计学差异(P>0.05),IL-5浓度水平低于B组(P<0.05),IL-13浓度水平明显低于B组(P<0.01);D、E组血清中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13浓度水平明显低于B组(P<0.01)。结论:阳和平喘颗粒可以减轻哮喘模型大鼠肺组织病理损伤,降低血清中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13浓度水平,减轻气道炎症。Objective:To observe the effects of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule on the lung tissue injury and levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in serum in serum of asthma model rats.Methods:Fifty specific pathogen free SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group(group A),model group(group B),Yanghe Pingchuan Granule low dose group(group C),Yanghe Pingchuan Granule high dose group(group D),and dexamethasone group(group E).Ovalbumin was adopted to sensitize and excite model to establish a rat model of asthma.With hematoxylin and eosin staining,we observed the pathological changes on the lung tissue of asthmatic model rats.The ELISA method was used to determine the levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in serum.Results:There was no inflammatory pathological changes of the alveolar structure in group A.Group B showed typical pathological changes of bronchial asthma.The inflammation of lung tissue in C group was alleviated in different degrees.The inflammatory pathological changes of lung tissue were significantly eased in the group D and E.The serum levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in group A were obviously higher than those in group B(P<0.01).There was no statistic difference in serum IL-4 between group C and group B(P>0.05).The concentration of IL-5 was lower than that of group B(P<0.05)and the concentration of IL-13 was lower than that of group B(P<0.01).The serum levels IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in group D and E were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yanghe Pingchuan Granule can reduce the lung tissue injury and the levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 levels of asthma model rats and alleviate the airway inflammation.
